Do you offer refunds?

If you wish to return your box back to us, please do so within 14 days of your box being delivered. After this period, we will not accept your box back for a refund.

Please note that boxes will only be refunded if the box is unopened and the sticker seal is unbroken as the contents of the box contain intimate and sanitary products.To return your box back to us, please contact us on orders@blobbox.co.uk.

How do I return my box for a refund?

Blob Box does not cover the shipping cost for returning your box back to us and this will be the customer’s responsibility. Please ensure that you get proof of postage and an insured delivery option to be sure that the item will be returned to us safely.

Blob Box also does not issue any warranty for items that have been unsuccessfully delivered back to us and this will be the customer’s responsibility. The return must get to us within 14 days.

How are refunds processed?

Once we have received your return, it is inspected and we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned box. We will update you on the status of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 working days.

What if my refund is late or missing?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

You should then contact your bank as there is an additional processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have completed all these steps and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@blobbox.co.uk and we will be more than happy to check to make sure this has been processed properly.

 What if I don’t like what I get in my subscription box?

At Blob Box, our mission is to deliver a unique products of items to our customers - which is why we are dedicating to picking out high-quality items to include in your box. If you are unhappy with your products, please contact us at orders@blobbox.co.uk and not the manufacturer of the product/s.

What if I have any allergies/intolerances?

The ingredients are listed on the back of the packaging. Please contact us if you have any specific allergy or intolerance - info@blobbox.co.uk

How long is your Gift Card valid?

Gift Cards are valid from a year starting from the purchase date.

Can I add a personalised message to the gift box?

You can add a personalised message to the Gift a Blob Box. Please make sure to enter your personalised message in the text box on the checkout page.

Do you offer discount for Students or NHS workers?

Please send your ID number from your Student or NHS email account to orders@blobbox.co.uk before you place an order with us. We will then send back a discount code which is valid for 24 hours. If this expires, you will need to repeat the same process. This allows you to receive a 15% discount (excluding Gift Cards & Gift Boxes).
