Order Questions

How can I make changes to my order?

Once you have placed your order, you have 30 minutes to email us at orders@blobbox.co.uk. After 30 minutes we are not able to cancel or make changes to your order. You will have to wait for your order to arrive then return your order back to us which will be at an additional cost you will need to cover , if we resend this back to you.

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class - Free - 2-3 working days ( weekends not included) 
  • Royal Mail 1st Class - £3.68 -  1-2 Working Days ( weekends not included) 
  • Royal Mail 48 Tracked (With email and Text Alerts) - £4.74 - 2-3 Working Days ( weekends not included )
  • Royal Mail 24 Tracked (With email and Text Alerts) - £5.46 - Next working day (weekends not included )

Please note: All delivery times are approximate and our items are not strictly guaranteed to arrive within the noted timeframe, you will be updated with any further changes impacting your delivery.

Do you ship Worldwide ?

We currently only ship to the UK but we look forward to do so in the future. So sign up for our newsletter for updates or do more stalking on our social media. 

Can I get my box delivered on a specific date?

If you would like your Blob Box delivered on a specific day please let us know in the ‘ Add a note to your order ’ box when you place your order.  Please note this is not guaranteed on the exact day of delivery and we will do everything we can to make it close to the day. 

Has my order been shipped? 

When your order has been shipped you will be sent a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folders if you are unable to find it. If you are unable to find a confirmation email please contact us on orders@blobbox.co.uk and let us know so we can investigate this for you.

What if my order is late or delayed?

If you have not received your order after 10 - 14 working days and have not received an email from us , please first check in your safe place, with your neighbours then after your local Royal Mail depot, as your order may have been taken there by your postman without a note. If you have followed these steps please email orders@blobbox.co.uk and we will look into this for you.

If you have not checked the Royal Mail Depot and we receive your order back due to non-collection, there will be an additional postage cost to send your order back out to you.  

Royal Mail says that my order has been delivered but I have not received my order?

If you have received a delivery confirmation but you have not received your order please contact orders@blobbox.co.uk and let us know, so that we can investigate the location of your order. 

My order tracking number is not working?

The number you receive as part of your order confirmation is a reference number and cannot be used to track your current order. If you have paid for a tracked service and your tracking number is not working, please contact orders@blobbox.co.uk so we can investigate this.

Can I update my address?

If you would like to update your shipping address please send us an email within 30 minutes to let us know. If you have received a dispatch confirmation email then we have now fulfilled your order and will be unable to change the address. If you have used an incorrect address , you will have to wait for the order to be returned to us by Royal Mail before we are able send out a replacement which will be at an additional postage cost to send your order back out to you.
